Getting Started

I offer one-on-one consultations based on what you’re looking for in whatever stage of life you are in. Are you looking to see if I am a good fit? Get in to a 15-minute appointment for a phone call or virtual meeting to get to know me! Ask questions, share your goals and let’s get healthy together! Want more? Let’s deep dive! In your deep dive consultation, we get into the nitty gritty of what you want and expect from my coaching. In that one hour appointment I will also share my expectations with you along with giving you your first personal nutrition plan! I may ask you to share some health history, past nutrition experiences, and goals. I will then get you set up on an app to get you tracking your food to begin the awareness process. From there, we will set up the duration of how to approach your set plan. Boom, we’re off the ground!

Personal Coaching

In order to create even more accountability to your health journey, let’s get you signed up for a cycle! What is a cycle? I offer a four, six, eight, or 12 week cycle in a variety of options, based on what you are looking for. Want to lose weight? The  ‘cut’ cycle is where it’s at! Want to build your relationship with food and learn how to maintain your current weight in a healthy, long-term way? A ‘maintenance’ cycle is the best fit for this goal. Do you want to build capacity in the gym, as an athlete, or for other personal reasons? Let’s get talking about a ‘build’ cycle! Here, I will teach you how to bulk and fuel properly to hit your goals. Cycles are interchangeable as goals begin to shift and get crossed off that list! Let’s do it!

Workplace Wellness

What are you doing for your staff in your business? Are there insurance incentives to achieve? Workplace fitness goals? Team building opportunities? Productivity needs increasing? I would love to be a part of those goals for you and your staff! I use a building block presentation style to teach your business and staff the basics behind nutrition and behavior patterns that build those nutrition habits. Where do we start? How do we achieve health in a long-term way? How do we make this a lifestyle change that sticks? I can help with that!
