What is the mission?
My mission is to create a community of people to help you succeed in a lifestyle change with guidance from a coach from an experience standpoint. Eating better, feeling better, training better. How do we create a healthy relationship with food? Where do we start? Learning as well as applying knowledge and tools in making the appropriate steps towards an easy lifestyle change that creates consistency and confidence. Always moving forward, never backwards!
How do I accomplish the mission?
By creating behavior pattern changes by establishing “your why” with a personalized plan from a macro standpoint. What are ‘macros’? Macronutrients are the breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats based on your calorie intake. To create a macro nutrient plan for you, I will use your personal information to meet you where you’re at. Age, height, weight, sex, and personalized goals will be considered when determining your nutrition plan. Sleep, stress, and workout highlights will also come into play to engage metabolism, if necessary and able. This macro-nutrient based approach allows us to help you to maximize your health and wellness goals.
